Help us create a warm and welcoming Easter celebration! We’re looking for leaders to serve in the following areas. Thank you for helping make Easter meaningful for our church family and guests!
Greet our guests with a warm, friendly atmosphere as they arrive. Please plan to be on-site 30 minutes before the service begins, and be prepared to serve for approximately 45 minutes.
Offer guests the opportunity to capture a family photo by taking their picture using their phone. You should feel comfortable using both iPhone and Android cameras. You may also be helping with line flow and positioning as guests wait for their photo. Please plan to be on-site 30 minutes before the service begins, and be prepared to serve for approximately 45 minutes.
In this role, you will be stationed at a table near the Welcome Desk, distributing Bibles to anyone attending the services who would like to take one home. Please arrive 30 minutes before the service begins. Your serving time will be approximately 45 minutes.
In this role, you will prepare the coffee, tea, and beverage stations for our Easter services. You’ll help keep the Common Ground area clean and organized while also being available to guests for questions and support. Please arrive 1 hour before your service time. Your serving time will be approximately 2 hours.
In this role, you will be stationed at a table by the Welcome Desk and be available to anyone who comes up to declare they have made a decision to commit or recommit their life to the Lord. You will be recording their information so we can follow up and support them in their walk as well as providing a New Believer Box to them as a resource. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of service. Your serving time will be about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
In this role, you will welcome first-time guests to our campus, answer any questions they may have about our church, request their contact information for follow-up, and provide them with a New Here gift.
