Candle Distributors warmly welcome guests by handing out candles as they enter the Worship Center. This is a meaningful way to serve together as a family and create a memorable experience. Crowd Management will ensure guests feel comfortable and informed by providing clear directions to key areas such as Entry, Exit, Childcare, and other important locations in the building. Greeters help to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests as they arrive, making them feel welcomed from the moment they step in. Your friendly presence will set the tone for their experience. Please arrive 1 hour & 15 minutes before the service to get ready.
Section Hosts ensure guests have a positive event experience by warmly welcoming them and guiding them to their seats. You’ll stay in your assigned section until all guests are seated—typically 20–30 minutes after the event begins—to help create a smooth and enjoyable experience. Please arrive 1 hour and 15 minutes before the service to prepare. Note: This role is best suited for individuals 18 and older, due to the level of responsibility involved.
The Special Assistance Seating role is to assist guests with wheelchairs, walkers, or canes by pre-seating them in the Worship Center, ensuring they are comfortable and well-positioned for the service. This important task helps create a welcoming environment for all. Please arrive 1 hour & 15 minutes before the service to prepare.
